Paediatricians and Parents often speak of the “terrible twos.” It’s a normal developmental milestone experienced by young children that’s often marked by tantrums, defiant behaviour, and lots of frustration.

The terrible twos don’t necessarily occur right when your child turns 2. The terrible twos generally happen anywhere from 18 to 30 months of age and can last into the third year of life. Even though this can be a challenging time, it is normal it’s how a child expresses him or herself and it can help build their confidence, so they become a well-balanced child.
